mixed feelings about my stay
helpful staffconstant noiseawful smell
the staff seemed helpful that's something
my room felt quite outdated and the noise from outside was relentless i barely slept. the shower pressure was barely a trickle so showering was an ordeal plus the drains had this awful smell. for the price i paid i really expected more it just wasn't worth it

the breakfast had good quality ingredients. they were cooked to a high standard. i also appreciated that the dining area was clean. parking right outside was an added bonus.
the mattress felt too soft for my comfort. there were no blackout curtains, so the room was light in the mornings. the water pressure in the showers needed some time to run properly.

The hotel had a very nice and friendly couple running it. My room and bathroom were clean. There was daily housekeeping and it was not far from the train and tram station. It was also close to main tourist attractions.
I needed a replacement for the towels , as they looked old.

the host was very helpful. he offered umbrellas when it rained (a thoughtful touch). the accommodation included family rooms, which suited our needs perfectly. i found the host amazing and this detail.
The soundproofing was not perfect. I could hear some outside noise during the day.
